A highly experienced executive coach, organisational development consultant and facilitator with over 20 years operating at board and senior leadership level. I combine deep expertise in leadership effectiveness, culture transformation and behavioural change with a human-first, systems-aware approach that delivers sustainable outcomes — not just short-term fixes.

My track record spans global corporates, values-led organisations and the third sector. I founded and built Innate Change CIC from a standing start to a six-figure consultancy in under 24 months — doubling revenue year on year — before making the deliberate choice to focus my energy on the next chapter.
